COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

Should you have any problems with our services please write to the Business Manager of Smith Melzack Limited at 15 Grand Parade, Forty Avenue, Wembley Park, Middlesex, HA9 9JS or email: info@smithmelzack.com. The complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an Investigation undertaken. A formal written response regarding our findings will be sent to you within 15 working days.
